Inclusion base design, planning and implementation
From initial idea to opening day—expert support to plan and deliver an inclusion base that works for pupils, staff and the wider community.
Setting up a high-quality inclusion base is complex. Done well, it transforms outcomes for children with additional needs and builds capacity across the whole school. Our service guides every stage, from initial vision and commissioning through to recruitment, training and opening.

Speech and Language Therapy: direct therapy, classroom strategies and communication-supportive environments.
Occupational Therapy: sensory processing assessment, fine motor skills, self-regulation strategies and environmental adaptations.
Emotional and mental health support: therapeutic approaches including CBT-informed work, Zones of Regulation, ELSA support and trauma-informed practice.
